It had a perfect setting just off Birmingham-near theatre and restaurants and station, train station, and the centre of Birmingham.

Had such great stay with late check-out, the bedroom was nice. Rooms were brand-new and reasonably large and I could use a safe box, central heating, and an iron.

This apartment met needs well; would have stayed for longer. Large and modern bathroom with everything we needed. The setting was great and stunning, in the heart of the town.

It was a very nice stay for the price: marvellous location and amicable staff. Check-in was early. No complains at all, everything was perfect.

The staff was amiable and super-friendly and helped with late checkout. We didn't like the bed; it was too small nevertheless had a nice stay for the price.

The view from the apartment was not so great.

Its location was ideal, max 15 mins walk to Exit. Private parking was available, the staff was very professional and outstandingly helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at the Spires Serviced Apartments. the location was incredibly convenient, with shops and restaurants close by. the apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and we were able to easily find parking in the side streets. the check-in process was quick and straightforward, and Lee was very helpful. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded to a grand deluxe suite, which was absolutely fabulous. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely choose the Spires again for our next visit!

The stuff was pleasant and attentive to chat with. It had an electric kettle, a microwave oven and a personal safe to use.

The location of the apartments is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. It's quite near the canals and the Hippodrome, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the apartments are spacious and well-maintained, offering good value for money. the staff is friendly and provides detailed explanations for a comfortable stay.

Some guests had issues with noise disturbances during the night, which affected their sleep quality.

We stayed 2 nights here, yet it was a great experience. This accommodation was conveniently placed for a short stay. It was located in a good area and close to everything. They had available a safe box, central heating and an iron, loved that. Everything was simply great.

Had a very nice stay for the price. The staff was pleasant and polite, I enjoyed them all, nothing too much trouble. The location was magnificent for exploring National Sea Life Centre Birmingham, that is set not too far from the apartment.

Everything was great, including the early check-in, comfortable and warm room, and pleasant hosts who even provided a room with excellent amenities.

The rooms are cozy with a washing machine and ample storage space, along with two bedrooms.
